Dr. Jamie Russell

Dr. Jamie Russell started her chiropractic journey as an athlete searching for a way to better her performance and recovery. She fell in love with the benefits of treatment and made it a part of her life, allowing her to be competitive for four years in college softball while working towards a Bachelor’s in Science. Dr. Russell attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri to attain her doctorate in chiropractic as well as her Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Human Performance. Dr. Russell uses a variety of techniques to tailor her care to the unique needs of each patient. She utilizes techniques such as Joint Manipulation, Myofascial Release, Dry Needling, Deep Tissue Massage, and Sports Massage to treat based on individual needs. These techniques help the body adapt from the aches and pains of playing sports, minor illnesses, or just everyday living, supporting a feeling of relief and a better sense of well-being. In her free time, Dr. Russell enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, attending sporting events, and coaching young athletes.
